Terms & Conditions

All photographs created by Jessica Krausgrill Photography remain the copyrighted property of the photographer in accordance with United States copyright law.

Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered digital images. Images may be shared online and printed for personal use, but may not be sold, altered significantly, submitted for commercial publication, or used for business advertising without written permission.

Session dates and locations are mutually agreed upon in advance. Photography sessions may be rescheduled due to weather, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.

Final edited images are delivered at the photographer’s creative discretion. RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for chosen photography locations.

Jessica Krausgrill Photography is not liable for circumstances outside reasonable control including weather conditions, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or interruptions beyond the photographer’s control.

By booking a session or using this website, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
